Shipping policy

Made to order

Every efp2 shirt is cut and sewn after you order it. Production takes up to 21 business days, and shipping time starts once your shirt leaves our workshop.

“Business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping rates

Hong Kong — HK$5
United States — US$20
Rest of the world — US$12

Rates are flat. There are no handling fees on delivery.

Delivery time

Hong Kong — 3–5 business days
United States — 7–14 business days
Rest of the world — 7–14 business days

These are transit days only. Please allow the production time above on top of them.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for supported destinations. What you pay at checkout is the final amount — nothing extra is due when your parcel arrives.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we ship to the address on the order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at hello@efp2.com; we can change it any time before your shirt is dispatched.
