How Made-to-Measure Works
1. Take your measurements
Use our Size Guide and the “How to measure” guide in the customiser. You need 10 numbers — collar, chest, waist, hem, shoulder, sleeve, bicep, cuff, shirt length, back width.
2. Save them once, use them forever
Sign in and your measurements are stored in your account. Every future shirt is one tap away — your numbers travel with you.
3. We cut and sew to your numbers
Your shirt is made individually — not pulled off a shelf. This applies to standard sizes too: every order is cut and sewn for you, which is why we ask for around 21 business days.
4. Delivered with duties paid
Shipped worldwide with duties and taxes already included. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.
FAQs
What is Made to Measure?
Instead of buying a standard size, you give us your own measurements and we cut the shirt to those numbers. It costs the same as a standard size.
How do I take my measurements?
Open the customiser on any shirt, tap “How to measure” and follow the step-by-step guide. You can also read our Size Guide. You will need 10 numbers.
I already saved my measurements — do I have to enter them again?
No. Sign in, open your account and tap “Use these measurements on my next shirt”. Your numbers come back with you on every future order.
Can I still order a standard size?
Yes. Every shirt comes in standard sizes 000 to 24 as well as Made to Measure. Standard sizes are also made to order, so please allow the same production time.
How long does my shirt take?
Made to order — every shirt is cut and sewn after you order, whether you choose a standard size or Made to Measure. Allow around 21 business days for us to make your shirt.
Delivery after that
Hong Kong — 3–5 business days
United States & rest of world — 7–14 business days
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. All prices include duties and taxes (DDP), so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
